We want Horsham Enterprise Park to be a vibrant, sustainable neighbourhood that brings people and place together, while at the same time building a brighter future for all.

As well as creating a stunning place, our regeneration at Horsham Enterprise Park will create a number of community benefits, including:

• Around 260 sustainable homes, with 35% ringfenced as affordable homes
• Sympathetic preservation and conversion of a locally-listed building, retaining the landmark tower
• Landscaped boulevard through the centre of the site, complemented by a range of beautiful public spaces.
